All good things must come to an end and the end is never easy. For you Seniors this is but one chapter in a lifetime hopefully filled with many. The best anyone can do is to give one's best effort in writing each chapter. Never look back with regret but focus on making your next chapter even better. Thanks for the memories and enjoy the remainder of your senior year. It's a special time.
Fathers, what wonderful memories you've made. You should count yourself lucky to have made and shared them with your son. My personal memories of this period with my sons were some of my best ever. Those memories have inspired me ever since to remain close to Bearcat Athletics and to vicariously relive the experience over and over again through fathers and sons like you. I have been where you are now and watching your son move forward with his life will soon lift you from your present doldrums.
I witnessed the effort many of you father's invested in making this a glorious chapter in your son's life. A wise investment, and one I know if it hasn't already it will surely yield a valuable return in the years to come.
